Hannah's Approch
I was introduced to QNRT in 2016, and it became a pivotal part of my healing journey: recognizing and softening old, unhelpful patterns. I quickly realized that I love holding space for others. I love the authenticity and depth of conversation and the transformational impact QNRT has had on many clients. I wanted to deepen my skills and offer additional healing methods, so I returned to school. In September 2024, I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services. For now, QNRT and Psychotherapy are offered separately.

I firmly believe that the mind and body cannot be separated. QNRT is integrative of mind and body, and I wanted my psychotherapy practice also to access the wisdom in our bodies. Immediately upon graduation, I started a year-long training program in Compassionate Inquiry, which works with the felt sensations in the body to develop a reconnection with oneself.

I hope to offer acceptance, compassion, and unconditional positive regard so you can explore your feelings, experiences, values, and perspectives without judgment.
